Yanina Yakovleva is an executive coach and business consultant specializing in leadership development, change management, and organizational agility.

After earning her MBA from Vlerick Business School (Belgium) in 1998, Yanina began her career with the EBRD’s Business Advisory Service Program before moving into leadership roles at Volvo Group Russia. Over the years, she led sales, trade finance, and aftermarket operations, managing national-level business units for Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Penta.

Today, Yanina leverages more than two decades of corporate and consulting experience to help organizations navigate change, drive growth, and build resilient, high-performing teams. She partners with senior executives and leadership teams to implement Agile practices, manage crises, and accelerate business transformation.
