He began his career with PepsiCo, where he held critical roles in strategic sales management and trade marketing throughout his 20-year tenure at the global corporation. In Turkey, he served as Sales Director at Çaykur and was an Executive Board Member responsible for Sales Directorship at Adel Kalemcilik A.Ş. (Faber-Castell), achieving significant success in team leadership, sales strategy development, and market share growth.Specializing in sales process optimization, pricing management, and change management, Ünsal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geophysical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University. He further completed a dual MBA in Management and Marketing at Yeditepe University, enhancing his strategic thinking and planning skills through Harvard Business School’s Virtual Corporate Learning Program (VCLP) certification.
